Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases of:
- Manufacturing defects.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Quality issues not matching agreed specifications.
- Returns are not accepted for:
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Custom or personalized products (unless defective).
Return/Exchange Procedure
- The Customer must notify the Manufacturer in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods, along with proof (photos/videos) of the defect or issue.
- All returns/exchanges must be approved in advance by the Manufacturer before goods are shipped back.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Condition of Returned Goods
- Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Products found to be used or tampered with will not qualify for return/exchange.
Replacement/Refund
- Approved defective products will either be replaced free of charge or refunded (at the Manufacturer’s discretion).
- Refunds, if applicable, will only cover the product cost; shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to Manufacturer’s fault.
Shipping Responsibility
- For approved returns/exchanges, the Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the Manufacturer is at fault.
- In cases where the Manufacturer is responsible (e.g., wrong item, defect), return shipping costs may be reimbursed.
