1. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery dates will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Production and delivery timelines may vary depending on order size, customization requirements, and availability of raw materials.
The Manufacturer will make all reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery schedules but shall not be liable for delays beyond its control (e.g., customs clearance, transport delays, natural disasters, strikes).
2. Shipping Method & Costs
Unless otherwise agreed, all orders are shipped on an Ex-Works (EXW) basis from the Manufacturer’s facility in Pakistan.
Shipping, freight, insurance, customs duties, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise specified in writing.
If the Customer requests the Manufacturer to arrange shipping, costs will be invoiced separately.
3. Risk of Loss & Ownership
Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the Customer once the order has been handed over to the carrier or shipping agent.
Ownership of the goods transfers to the Customer only after full payment has been received by the Manufacturer.
4. Inspection Upon Delivery
The Customer must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt.
Any claims regarding damage, shortage, or defects must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery.
Failure to notify within this period shall constitute acceptance of the goods.
